Norspark covers emergencies seven days a week, daytime and after hours. Standard appointments run Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 9am-4pm. After hours means evenings, Sundays and bank holidays. We aim to pick up every call ourselves rather than route you to an answering service. If a call does slip through, voicemail catches it and forwards straight to a mobile.

What an after-hours visit realistically achieves is worth being straight about. Wholesalers are shut overnight, so a night call gets the property isolated where it needs to be, the unaffected circuits back on, and a warning label on anything left dead. The permanent repair follows the next working day once the part is in hand. Plenty of faults do get finished on the night. Intermittent ones rarely are, because a fault has to be present to be found.

Pricing changes with the clock rather than with the fault. Callout is £120 + VAT Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and £180 + VAT after hours, first hour of labour included in both. Additional time is £80/hr + VAT standard and £100/hr + VAT after hours, billed in 30-minute increments. Parts and materials at cost. No travel charge inside the service area.
